Interview

Yuina Endo

The great environment where you can continue to challenge yourself
even if you have no experience.

2017 New Graduate

Yuina Endo

Enterprise Solutions Gr, Development Division

Why did you decide to join the company?

Why did you decide to join the company?

There are three reasons why I decided to join Ienter. The first was that the atmosphere of the company was good. The second thing was that during the interview, I was able to meet the most employees and get an idea of working with them. Third, even if I had no experience, I was able to be selected as an engineer.

Among them, I felt that the atmosphere of the company was particularly good. Looking at the interviewers and the employees around me, I felt that they exuded a warm and humane atmosphere, which appealed to me the most and made me decide to join the company.

Episodes that have left a deep impression on me so far

When I look back on the time since I joined the company as a new graduate, I think there have been more difficult times than not, especially in the second year. As I had no experience in this field, there were certainly times when it was difficult for me in terms of skills.

I am the type of person who has a lot of energy and motivation in my personality, but the struggle of not being able to do so was the reason why I felt so painful.

There were many supportive employees around me, who helped me with my studies and assignments, and provided me with really generous support, which helped me get through the difficult times.

The fun of working at i-enter

The fun of working at i-enter

Not only when the project I am in charge of is progressing smoothly, but I can feel the sense of accomplishment that the team accomplishes every time, so I think that's what makes it interesting.

Since the team members change every time, it is not always possible to get along perfectly with all of them, and honestly, there are times when communication is difficult. However, as I work on more projects, I gradually become able to do things that I could not do in the beginning, and I find that interesting.

Future goals

What I want to challenge from now on is to create a service for BtoC that allows customers to understand their facial expressions.

Recently, there have been cases where other companies have developed services that incorporate the latest technology, such as virtual entrance ceremonies. I am also in an environment where I can catch up with cutting-edge technology, so I would like to work on services that incorporate such the latest technology.

What does "fun" mean?

For me, "having fun" is not about doing the same thing all the time, but growing and working on new things every day.

It's not an easy thing to do, and I'm sure there will be hardships, but when I look back on the past, I think the hardships made it fun, so I think it's about taking on challenges every day and having fun.

Message to applicants

Message to applicants

At i-enter, we have an environment that allows us to challenge what you want to do. As soon as I joined the company, I told my boss that I wanted to create a service, and he readily agreed, so I was able to gather members from all over the branch and launch the project.

There is one more thing I would like to say to those who are worried about whether it is okay to have no experience in the engineering field.

At i-enter, all of our employees will support you, so of course even if you have no experience, you can join us with no worries. There is evidence that I have actually experienced this and have been able to grow so much, so if you are motivated and want to take on challenges, I think this is the perfect environment for you.
