Why did you decide to join the company?

Why did you decide to join the company?

It was because the first company that offered me a job was i-enter! That may sound irresponsible, but I have the reasons.

In the process of job hunting, I finally decided on five companies that I wanted to work for, and to be honest, I didn't really care which of those five companies it was. This was because I was confident that I could make it anywhere and that it was up to me to decide what would happen in the end.

However, what was decisive was the response of the employees during the interview.

When I first met an i-enter employee in the elevator, he talked to me and made me feel relaxed, which made me feel that this was a very nice company. No other company had ever done that for me, so I was particularly impressed.

I felt the warmth of the employees, and that's why I immediately decided to join i-enter.

Episodes that have left a deep impression on me so far

From the very beginning of my employment, I have been truly impressed by President Irie's ability to attract people.

Despite the fact that the number of employees is increasing rapidly, he still looks after each and every one of them, which I find attractive as a person. While I admire him, I hope that one day I can surpass him.

How I have grown since joining the company

How I have grown since joining the company

What I've grown the most is being able to think from the other person's perspective.

There were two reasons why I was able to grow. The first was that I needed to think about the client and the sales process, so I naturally raised my level.

The other was my experience in charge of new graduate training.

With objective advice from my seniors, I learned that I had been naive in my thinking about what I thought I was doing well, and I was able to gain a broader perspective.

I was never satisfied with my current situation, and the experience of getting a third party's perspective to give me insights, and thinking through how to make things better until the end, helped me grow a lot.

Future goals

I want to make the Smart water solutions, which I am in charge of, independent as a subsidiary of i-enter and become the president.

The marine tech industry is an interesting business, and I believe that the industry itself will grow in the future.

Many people around the world eat fish, and while I think it makes a great contribution to society, I also think it is challenging because it is a field that is difficult for newcomers to enter.

What does "fun" mean?

What does fun mean?

It's about always working seriously and giving my best performance.

If I work carefully and without regret for each thing I do, it will become "fun".

When I deal with clients in this way, they will appreciate me even more, and I think that will ultimately lead to "fun" as well.

Message to applicants

As times change rapidly these days, I believe that companies that can flexibly respond to the times will survive.

i-enter's business development is based on the concept of "having fun." While it is important to grow our current business, we are also a company that is increasing our business in line with the times and social issues.

If you find it interesting that we are developing our services to meet the needs of the times, you will enjoy joining us, where you can challenge new things.
