Tatsufumi TAKEHARA

Managing Director

As a customer service salesperson at a listed apparel company, he was the top individual salesperson in Japan for three consecutive years. He was fortunate enough to meet President Irie, and changed his career to the IT industry. After working for an IT start-up, he participated in the launch of i-enter. With the belief that "earnest efforts and continuous efforts will surely produce results," he is taking on the challenges of the changing era. The executive director who cares about the feelings of salespeople.

Koji ABE

General Manager, System Development Department

After working for two IT start-ups and as a freelancer, he joined i-enter in 2006. As the head of the development department, he has been involved in the management of various projects and has been engaged in the formulation and operation of development standards. Currently, he is in charge of the Quality Control and Cloud Solutions departments, while also managing the overall development department.

Kenji AIHARA

Manager, UX Solution Division

After working for several system-related start-ups, he joined i-enter in 2006.After working in management as an engineer, he established a design, planning and marketing department to the best meet the needs of customers. Based on his experience of directly catching the requirements of 500 companies, he is committed to improving corporate value by using UX thinking.

Yoichi NIWA

Manager, DX Promotion Department

After graduating from university, he worked in system sales at an IT start-up company for about three years before joining i-enter in 2006. After experiencing sales in the SES business, he became a board member of a group company engaged in the cloud infrastructure business and was in charge of the AWS implementation and migration business. Currently, he has returned to the sales department and is engaged in product sales targeting all over Japan, as well as DX promotion activities from "reforming work styles and improving business efficiency" using RPA, low code, etc., and working closely with customers.

Hirotoshi SASAKI

Manager, System Development Department

Joined the company as a mid-career employee in 2006.
Engaged in contract development and in-house service development mainly as a system engineer for Windows-based applications. In 2010, he was involved in the launch of the smartphone application business as its head. He launched the XR business in 2017 and is also the head engineer of the RPA business, which was launched in 2018. He has been in his current position since 2019, and is currently responsible for the entire System Development Department, including management of the engineering organization and human resource development.

Masahiro Hayashi

Manager, System Development Department

Graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology.After working for a major game software company and a machine translation software company, he joined i-enter in 2010.He was involved in the launch in 2010 as the head of the smartphone application business. In 2016, he established the R&D department and acted as the person in charge. While making extensive use of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and IoT, the company is striving to promote its own research and develop academic human resources in the fisheries and sports fields.
