Why did you decide to join the company?

Why did you decide to join the company?

At the time, there were times when my job-hunting axis was blurred, but I consistently thought that I wanted to enjoy my work.

I was very impressed by the fact that the president himself took the stage at the job fair and emphasized the importance of having fun. I was surprised to find out that there was such a company, since the company's management philosophy was largely based on having fun.

I also attended job fairs at other companies, but the impact of i-enter was so great that it left a lasting impression on me, which was the final deciding factor.

The fun of working at i-enter

My bosses let me do what I want to do, and I can express my opinions directly to the president.

Specifically, since my first year with the company, I have been in charge of online exhibitions organized by i-enter and marketing our own programming class for children (i-Pallet's). Regardless of the year I joined the company, I feel that being able to leave responsible work leads to the enjoyment of work.

Also, my current team members are moderately refreshing, and they are willing to try things even if we are not skilled enough to do them, so there is no need to panic. I think the fact that I am able to move forward with the help of my team members is one of the main reasons why I enjoy it.

How I have grown since joining the company

How I have grown since joining the company

I started to have a sense of self-improvement, a sense that I should do more, that I should always try new things, and that I should always change.

When I was a university student, I was indifferent to my own growth, thinking that I could just keep, or be in the middle or upper middle of the pack, but working at i-enter has changed that. One day, I realized that this was because I had been entrusted with responsible work even in my first year with the company.

Changes in the first year of employment and after the second year

The amount packed is not half. I wish I could do a little more of the tasks, but I feel like I don't have enough capacity right now.

I actually don't like to do what people tell me to do, but I don't have enough experience yet. I believe that my boss is cramming my work to expand my capacity because it is difficult when I am told that I can do whatever I want.

However, I think it is better to do what I want to do, so I will find what I want to do by myself and keep proposing it.

Future goals

Since joining the company, I have always wanted to be in charge of overseas customers someday, and I have always wanted to do work that involves various people overseas without worrying about national borders.

Specifically, I would like to be in charge of strategic design of products for overseas markets. However, my current challenge is language skills, so I want to do my best for the future while also learning English.

What does "fun" mean?

What does fun mean?

In i-enter, we have set "Let’s have fun" as our mission, and I believe that "doing my best" will lead to "fun".

Of course, there are things that I have to do, but I feel that what I can do my best will lead to having fun.

On the other hand, I think that I can't do my best if I don't have fun, so I always try to enjoy my work and face work every day.

Message to applicants

Message to applicants

i-enter is a company that embodies the philosophy of Let’s have fun. You may have an image that working as employed person is hard, but at i-enter, all employees focus on "fun" their work, and it's a workplace where you can really feel the "fun".

In addition, regardless of the year you joined the company, we have an environment where you can challenge yourself if you want to, so I would be happy to meet people who think like that.
